Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2–5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling/implementing.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources (5–10+).
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, drive workstreams through planning to closure.
