Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-driven transformations across user experience, workflows, and governance. You will spearhead AI strategy, design end-to-end solutions, and collaborate with clients to unlock growth through AI-enabled transformations.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive successful delivery, and partner with EY’s AI & D team to shape innovative capabilities while maintaining high-quality outcomes and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2–5 years of Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and deployment of AI-native solutions in ServiceNow environments.
• Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary teams (5–10+ resources) including offshore resources.
• Engage with external clients; lead sessions and workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required to meet client needs.
