Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation projects and drive innovative solutions for clients. You will guide cross‑functional teams, engage with external clients, and shape AI governance frameworks across ServiceNow platforms.

You will collaborate with EY’s AI&D team to define end-to-end strategies, deploy AI-native solutions, and ensure delivery excellence with both agile and waterfall methods in a global, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, engineering or similar.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2–5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
• Oversee waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets and risk/issue logs.
