Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation projects for diverse clients across the United States. You will guide AI-driven workflows, governance, and innovative asset development while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, leadership skills, and ability to manage client relationships in a hybrid working model with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 2-5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2-5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling/implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project/workstreams from design to deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources (including offshore).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate value of EY services.
• Oversee planning, status reporting, budgets, risks and issues across engagements.
