Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI transformation initiatives across client engagements. You’ll drive design, configuration, testing and deployment of AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with EY’s AI&D teams to shape strategy and governance.

You’ll guide cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships and contribute to pre‑sales activity while delivering high‑quality artifacts and outcomes in a hybrid client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2–5 years with Moveworks platform in selling or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI projects including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and drive workstreams from planning through closure.
• Support pre-sales efforts with proposals and estimates.
