Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and drive AI-enabled solutions across client engagements. You will shape EY’s strategic point of view, deploy AI-native solutions, and govern AI-enabled transformations for improved business outcomes.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, engage with external clients, and manage workshops, planning, and execution across complex programs. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. and strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow transformation projects from design to deployment.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Collaborate with clients to define AI strategy, governance, and end-to-end delivery.
