Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation projects. You will guide AI-native solutions, work with EY’s AI & D team, and drive end-to-end strategies that address complex business challenges and growth opportunities across client environments.

You will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients, and shape governance frameworks for robust AI implementations, including NOW Assist, Moveworks, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience with NOW Assist.
• Experience with Moveworks platform is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI projects from design to deployment including governance and quality.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Manage client relationships and supervise engagement workstreams.
• Support pre-sales activities such as proposals and estimates.
