Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-driven transformation projects across ServiceNow platforms, including NOW Assist and Moveworks. The role emphasizes client engagement, cross-functional leadership, and delivering end-to-end AI strategies.

You will guide teams of consultants and developers, collaborate with EY’s AI & D team, and manage multiple workstreams while traveling as needed. A background in ServiceNow and AI capabilities is essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
• Typically, no less than 2 - 5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist
• 2-5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower)
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization
• Experience leading teams and supervising others
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and AI-driven transformation initiatives
• Engage with external clients, lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY value
• Deliver AI-enabled solutions across ServiceNow platforms (NOW Assist, Moveworks)
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates
• Guide design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases
