Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-driven transformations, shape a strategic perspective, and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with EY’s AI & D teams to create innovative assets and governance frameworks.

You’ll work with NOW Assist, Moveworks and related tools, driving design, configuration, testing, deployment, and client outcomes in a hybrid, client-facing role across multiple

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Typically, no less than 2-5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• Experience with Moveworks platform or similar AI tooling is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI transformation projects across design, development, testing and deployment.
• Manage and guide a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Engage with clients in workshops and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Support pre-sales activities with proposals and estimates.
• Build high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
