Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and deliver complex ITSM initiatives for diverse clients. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and drive supplier and client collaboration across regions.

You will interact with stakeholders to evaluate business models, design architecture, and ensure solutions meet business goals while leveraging Now AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• CSA and CAD certifications preferred
• Minimum 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience
• Ability to travel to meet client needs
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
