Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification; at least one of ITSM certifications.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery of ServiceNow ITSM projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore personnel.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Provide guidance on process and technology transformation for ITSM.
• Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
