Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or equivalent.
• 4–6 years' ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification, plus one ITSM specialty.
• Experience leading teams and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM delivery across design, config, testing, and deployment.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams and offshore resources.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY services.
