Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and deliver complex ITSM initiatives for global clients. You will evaluate business models, translate requirements into technical specs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust system architectures.

You will coach a multi-disciplinary team, drive pre-sales activities, and build lasting client relationships while navigating both waterfall and agile delivery approaches in a dynamic, global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar required.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required or equivalent.
• One of the following ServiceNow certifications preferred: ITSM implementer.
• Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status; align with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Advise on ServiceNow ITSM implementations and AI capabilities.
