Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, evaluate business models, and translate requirements into technical solutions. You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, drive complex initiatives, and travel to meet client needs in a dynamic advisory environment.

You will interact with business stakeholders, analyze requirements, and design system architectures leveraging EY's AI-enabled ITSM capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Certification: ITSM Implementation Specialist (optional).
• 5+ years Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver's license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.
