Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and drive complex ITSM initiatives. You will evaluate business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and guide both onshore and offshore teams to deliver robust ServiceNow solutions.

You will interact with business stakeholders, oversee design and deployment, and mentor a multidisciplinary team while building lasting client relationships and contributing to pre‑sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of one ServiceNow certification: e.g., IT Service Management Implementation Specialist.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills — executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Advise clients on ServiceNow ITSM and AI capabilities.
• Support pre‑sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
• Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
