Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in ITSM and AI-enabled solutions. You will interact with business stakeholders, translate requirements, and design system architectures while managing client relationships and project delivery in a hybrid work model.

You will guide a cross-functional team, drive workstreams from planning through closure, and contribute to pre-sales efforts and strategic roadmaps for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification required.
• Minimum of one of: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement/workstream delivery across ServiceNow ITSM projects, including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Provide guidance for process and technology transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with teams.
• Support pre-sales efforts with proposals and estimates.
• Deliver high-quality project artifacts and deliverables.
