Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in ITSM and broader ServiceNow initiatives. You will manage client relationships, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and guide architects and developers to deliver architectures and solutions.

You will interact with business stakeholders, supervise a multi-disciplinary team, and travel as needed to meet client needs, shaping outcomes across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
