Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and deliver complex ITSM initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, drive client workshops, and manage multi-disciplinary teams across engagements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, mentoring staff, and leveraging EY’s AI capabilities to improve service delivery. A hybrid US work model and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a tech field or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification plus at least one other ServiceNow cert.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong soft skills – executive communication, adaptability and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Travel as required to meet client needs.
