Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in ITSM, interact with business stakeholders, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification.
• At least one ITSM certification listed in the ad.
• 5+ years of consulting experience in Big 4 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of complex technical initiatives.
• Manage project status, deliverables, and client sessions from planning through closure.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources.
