Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, drive ITSM implementations, and develop client relationships worldwide. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, guide architecture discussions, and manage delivery across diverse teams and geographies.

In this role, you’ll travel as needed, engage with stakeholders, and shape solutions that enable faster resolutions and better service operations, all within EY’s hybrid work model and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar
• Typically 4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
• Minimum one of the ServiceNow ITSM implementation specialist certifications
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Excellent soft skills and leadership abilities
• Experience leading teams and supervising others
• Driver's license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment
• Mentor and guide a multi-disciplinary team (including offshore resources)
• Build and manage client relationships, demonstrating EY service value
• Engage in pre-sales activities, proposals and estimates
• Facilitate client workshops and requirements sessions
• Deliver high-quality project artifacts and deliverables
