Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead ITSM transformation teams and drive delivery across complex initiatives. You will interact with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specs, and collaborate with engineers to design system architectures.

Regular travel is required. You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, manage client sessions from planning to closure, and contribute to pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 4-6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: ITSM Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management, IT certifications.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong leadership and team supervision experience.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery for ServiceNow ITSM projects from planning through closure.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5-10+ resources, including offshore).
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow ITSM best practices and AI-enabled use cases.
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and lead requirement workshops.
• Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
• Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
