Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is required.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Minimum of one of the ServiceNow certifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery for ServiceNow ITSM projects and ensure timely outcomes.
• Mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources (including offshore).
• Build and maintain client relationships, communicating value of EY services.
• Lead requirements workshops and client sessions from planning to closure.
