Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation efforts and delivery across ITSM projects. You will guide teams, interact with business stakeholders, and translate requirements into technical specifications.

This role emphasizes leadership, client service, and strategic advisory with regular travel. Successful candidates bring 4–6 years in ServiceNow ITSM, relevant certifications, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, ISM, Engineering or similar.
4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
CSA or CAD certification in ServiceNow.
One of: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Strong soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Driver's license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into specs and architecture.
