Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, drive client value, and expand EY’s ITSM practice. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable architectures.

This role requires strong leadership, travel to meet clients, and the ability to mentor a multi‑disciplinary team. You will engage stakeholders and help clients achieve faster incident resolution and improved operations through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering required.
• 4-6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification with ITSM specialty.
• 5+ years Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong executive communication, adaptability and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement/workstream delivery across ServiceNow ITSM projects, from design to deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Drive pre-sales, proposals, and ensure successful project outcomes.
