Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and manage complex ITSM initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, drive architecture design, and foster strong client relationships in a fast‑growing area of the business.

The role includes leading workstreams, mentoring a multi‑disciplinary team and traveling to meet client needs in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• At least one of: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status aligned with objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
