Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and manage client relationships in a dynamic, travel‑friendly role. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, architect solutions, and guide teams through design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

The role emphasizes leadership across multiple streams, mentoring 5–10+ resources (including offshore), and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 4–6 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification (or both).
• Minimum of one of: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication, adaptability and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel for client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
