Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems.
• Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure quality.
• Write and maintain documentation and internal standards.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and performance tuning.
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews.
• Engage with clients during technical workshops and post-go-live support.
