Job summary

Crowe is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Manager to join our growing ITOM team. This role focuses on hands-on development and configuration of ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, within a collaborative delivery environment.

You will lead technical design, integration work, and scalable implementations, partnering with architects and engagement leads to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands‑on work.
• 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on ITOM.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly around documenting complex logic.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within distributed teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, Event Management rule creation and alert correlation, and Service Mapping design and deployment.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB feeders).
• Translate technical requirements and architecture into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality and alignment.
• Write and maintain clear, reusable documentation and internal development standards.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing performance tuning.
• Participate in internal technical design sessions and code reviews.
• Engage with clients periodically during technical workshops, validations, or post-go-live support.
