Job summary

Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality, document standards, and support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.
• 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with ITOM emphasis.
• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM including discovery patterns and MID Server work.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems.
• Translate requirements into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure quality.
• Write and maintain documentation and internal standards.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and performance tuning.
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews.
• Engage with clients during technical workshops and post-go-live support.
