Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.
• 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on ITOM.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly around documenting complex logic.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including discovery patterns and MID Server setup.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems.
• Translate technical requirements into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure quality and alignment.
• Write and maintain clear documentation and internal development standards.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews.
• Interact with clients during workshops, validations, or go-live support.
