Job summary

Crowe is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Manager to join our growing ITOM team. This role focuses on hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, with a strong client-ready delivery mindset.

You'll work with Solution Architects and engagement leads to design scalable ITOM solutions, write clear documentation, and support testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in ITOM and ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM work and implementations.
• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow solutions with ITOM emphasis.
• Experience configuring Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
• Independent delivery with strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and CMDB feeders.
• Translate requirements into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure quality and alignment.
• Document development standards and perform testing, UAT, deployment.
• Engage clients during workshops, validations, or post-go-live support.
