Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in consulting or IT service roles.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.
• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with ITOM emphasis.
• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially documenting complex logic.
• Comfortable working independently and with distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, MID Server, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (monitoring tools, CMDB feeders).
• Translate requirements into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality.
• Create and maintain clear internal documentation and development standards.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and performance tuning.
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews.
• Engage with clients during technical workshops and post-go-live support.
