Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with emphasis on ITOM.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially documenting complex logic.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery patterns, MID Server, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems (monitoring tools, CMDB feeders).
• Translate technical requirements into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads for quality and alignment.
• Write and maintain clear documentation and internal development standards.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews.
• Engage with clients during technical workshops and post-go-live support.
