Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work
• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with ITOM emphasis
• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Ability to deliver technical solutions independently

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, MID Server, Event Management)
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems
• Translate requirements into scalable, supportable implementations
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure quality
• Write and maintain clear documentation and internal standards
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and performance tuning
• Participate in technical design sessions and code reviews
• Engage with clients during technical workshops and post-go-live support
