Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.
• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations (ITOM focus).
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially documenting complex logic.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, MID Server, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (monitoring tools, CMDB feeders).
• Translate requirements into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads for quality and alignment.
• Create clear documentation and development standards; support testing and deployments.
• Lead technical workshops, code reviews, and post-go-live support.
