• Ability to deliver technical solutions independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for documenting complex logic.
• Comfortable working both independently and in distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and tools.
• Translate requirements into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure quality.
• Write and maintain clear development standards and documentation.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design sessions.
• Engage with clients during workshops and post-go-live support.
