Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation teams in ITOM/CMDB and to build strong client relationships while delivering innovative solutions across UI platforms. Travel to meet clients may be required.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, mentor staff, and guide process improvements using waterfall and agile methods. A bachelor’s degree, CSA/CAD certifications, and Big4 consulting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for UI across mobile, web and tablets.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality software components and services.
