Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead Transformation teams in ITOM/CMDB and to drive client relationships and value delivery across UI development, process improvements, and risk management. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team and engage with external clients to deliver projects from planning through closure.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB, CSA or CAD, and 5+ years in Big 4 or equivalent consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification.
• Two of: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping certifications.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills including executive communication.
• Experience leading teams.
• U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Lead client workshops and manage workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required to meet client needs.
