Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation efforts for diverse clients across the US. You will drive UI development, requirements gathering, and delivery while mentoring a cross‑functional team and coordinating with clients.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB experience, CSA or CAD certification, and a track record in a Big 4 or equivalent consultancy, with strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery, including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore teammates.
• Guide best-practice ITOM/CMDB implementations and align with business objectives.
