Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
- Minimum 2 of the listed ServiceNow certifications.
- 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB implementation and delivery across design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
- Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5-10+ resources, including offshore).
- Build and nurture client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
- Provide guidance on best practices for ITOM/CMDB processes and technology transformation.
- Drive pre-sales activity including proposals and estimates.
