Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, build client relationships, and drive high-impact ITOM/CMDB projects across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms.

You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, shape requirements, guide delivery from planning to closure, and contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and estimates. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field or equivalent.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 of the following certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects and ensure design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor a multi­-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Build and sustain client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Engage in pre‑sales activities including proposals and estimates.
• Travel to meet client needs as required.
