Job summary

EY is looking for a ServiceNow Consulting Manager who will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, managing the delivery of solutions and building new client relationships. The role includes guiding a team of professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes and risk-managed projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, 4–6 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB, and will be responsible for mentoring a team while engaging in client interactions to showcase EY's value propositions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• 5+ years of Big-4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and manage project delivery.
• Build and foster client relationships, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
