• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture with strong leadership.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture and implementation.
• Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow IRM and enterprise apps and security tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow IRM implementations.
• Define scalable architecture aligned with governance, risk, compliance, and security strategies.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow IRM and enterprise applications, security tools, CMDB, IAM platforms, and third-party risk solutions.
• Establish platform standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Guide development teams on configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
• Open to be hands-on with ServiceNow IRM configuration and coding.
• Review solution designs for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Serve as the expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions, and bridging organizations through technical expertise leveraging ServiceNow.

• 3+ years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture and implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform.
• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow IRM implementations.
• Define scalable architecture aligned with enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and security strategies.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow IRM and enterprise applications, security tools, CMDB, IAM platforms, and third-party risk solutions.
