Job summary

Templar Shield is seeking a senior ServiceNow IRM Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable IRM solutions for enterprise clients. You will translate complex risk, regulatory, and technical requirements into scalable solution architectures, integrations, and automation aligned with ServiceNow leading practices.

You will work with stakeholders across risk, compliance, internal audit, cybersecurity, privacy, legal, technology, finance, and operations, providing architectural direction

Qualifications

• Five or more years of ServiceNow platform experience, including IRM.
• Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations through discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CSA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and design reviews with business and executive stakeholders.
• Define solution architecture across IRM applications, data models, security, and workflows.
• Provide architectural oversight and hands-on support for configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Advise on governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and third-party risk across programs.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow IRM and enterprise systems and data sources.
