Job summary

Women AI Labs seeks an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead complex ServiceNow transformations across IRM, GRC, Audit, CMDB, HAM and SAM. You will set strategy, define cross-product data relationships, and govern platform standards.

You will review designs, mentor teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive multi-release roadmaps and risk-managed delivery. Extreme emphasis on data lineage, integration architecture, and secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture leadership.
• Deep experience across multiple ServiceNow product families.
• Strong IRM, GRC, CMDB, and ITAM knowledge.
• Strong integration and data architecture experience.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated architecture-governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as architecture authority across enterprise ServiceNow programs.
• Establish overall solution strategy and roadmap.

• Connect risks, controls, audits, assets, CIs, services, and operational processes.
• Lead design-authority meetings and conduct platform-health reviews.
• Develop multi-release transformation roadmaps.
• Support executive governance and recovery of complex programs.
• Mentor architecture and technical teams.
