Job summary

Women AI Labs is seeking an experienced IRM Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise risk management. You will design data models, risk taxonomies, and policy relationships while guiding developers through complex IRM configurations.

You will also define risk scoring models, integrate IRM with CMDB/ITSM/SecOps and other systems, and establish dashboards for governance and reporting. Strong communication with risk, audit, and business stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology or GRC experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of enterprise risk and controls.
• Strong ServiceNow architecture skills.
• Experience with complex regulated environments.
• Strong executive and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities
