EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation efforts, drive client relationships, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams across design, configuration, testing and delivery. The role emphasizes governance, agile and waterfall delivery, and pre-sales support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
Minimum of one of the following: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow HRSD engagements, including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore.
Build and sustain client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
Guide AI-enabled HRSD use cases and governance across projects.
Lead workshops, plan workstreams, and manage delivery against scope and budgets.
Support pre-sales efforts with proposals and estimates.
