Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar field.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow transformation teams and client delivery.
• Evaluate business models and translate requirements to technical specs.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+).
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and drive workshops.
• Ensure solution architecture aligns with business goals.
• Travel to meet client needs as required.
