Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent).
• 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSAs/CADs or equivalent certifications required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of complex initiatives.
• Track progress and align with performance objectives.
• Engage in client sessions from planning through closure.
