Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience is expected.
• CSA or CAD certification is required; HR Service Delivery certification preferred.
• One of the ServiceNow certifications listed is required.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of processes and solutions.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY value to stakeholders.
